CONDITIONS

RESERVATION
Is performed only for a car group, definite brand is not guaranteed. Driver should have a valid driver licence minimum 1 year.

PAYMENT
Cash or bank transfer at the pick-up. Rental agent require a security deposit which depends of rental car type (150-300 EUR).
By signing the Rental Agreement, the Lessor authorizes Balticlines to debit all costs arising from completing of the Rental Agreement to his/her credit or charge card or any other method of payment accepted by the Lessor.

INSURANCE
Rental price includes TPL (Third Party Liabilty). Lessor’s liability for the damage of the car or missing accessories is 450 EUR

EXTRA INSURANCE
Super CASCO insurance cost additional 13 EUR per day. SC reduce Lessor’s liability in case of external damages of the car (dents, scratches etc.) to 0 EUR. Interior of the rental car isn’t covered. Lessors’s liability in case of damage of interior of the car remains up to 450 EUR. Smoking in the rental car is prohibited.

DRIVING RESTRICTIONS
Unlimited mileage. Driving in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania only. Other countries with approval by the Car Rental Balticlines.

FUEL
Vehicle is rented with a full tank and it should be filled up before return. If the Vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel, the Lessor must pay 2.20 EUR per missing liter

EXTRA EQUIPMENT
Baby, toddler or children safety seat 5 EUR per day or 45 EUR per rental. GPS navigation 5 EUR per day or 45 EUR per rental, ski rack 5 EUR per day or 45 EUR per rental .

DELIVERY/COLLECTION
Riga city center Elizabetes str. 55 – free of charge from Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17.00 except holidays, any other time within city of Riga – 10 EUR, Outside city limits – 1.5 EUR/km, Riga Airport – 12 EUR .

ONE WAY RENTAL
Pick – up, Drop – off at Vilnius, Kaunas or Tallinn Airport – 130 EUR. Other locations on request.

PARKING AND TRAFFIC FINES
The Customer is fully responsible for all traffic and parking fines obtained during the rental and any other breach of law and its consequences.
